Rustival Two, the sold-out car show where all wheels are welcome, took place last Saturday (28 September) at the British Motor Museum in Gaydon.
In only its second outing, Rustival’s unique selling point is that it enbraces all vehicles of all ages and in all conditions. Building on the success of the first event held in March, the concept was created by popular YouTubers Steph Holloway (IDRIVEACLASSIC), Ian Seabrook (HubNut), Carly Spencer (Miss HubNut/HubNut) and Matt Richardson (Furious Driving).
More than 2500 visitors flocked to the British Motor Museum in an array of interesting and lesser spotted vehicles ranging from the 1920s through to the 2020s. The exhibitors met the brief of ‘all wheels welcome’ and there was everything on display from a bus to rare overseas motors.
Among other displays, the event featured stage talks, children’s activities and an ‘engine out’ demo on a classic Mini from ADO Restoration.
Commenting on the event, co-founder Steph Holloway told CCW: ‘We were delighted to see so many people at Rustival and such a diverse line up of vehicles. The community that we’ve built alongside (Rustival Friendship Corner) ensured that the day was friendly and welcoming to all.’
